These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by HRCOACHING (“we,” “us,” “our”) and apply to all clients, candidates, and users engaging with our recruitment and HR consultancy services.

1. Services Provided

HRCOACHING offers recruitment, HR consulting, and career coaching services. All services are tailored to client needs and subject to availability and agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about their hiring needs.
  • Respond promptly to communications and candidate submissions.

  • Treat candidates professionally and respectfully throughout the hiring process.

3. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates agree to:

  • Provide truthful and up-to-date information in applications and interviews.
  • Communicate professionally with HRCOACHING and potential employers.

  • Respect confidentiality and company-specific guidelines during the recruitment process.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for recruitment and consulting services will be outlined in a formal agreement prior to engagement. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund eligibility will be specified in each contract.

5. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client and candidate information. HRCOACHING will not disclose personal or business data to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

HRCOACHING is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from hiring decisions, employment outcomes, or business losses. We do not guarantee job placement or candidate performance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by HRCOACHING are the intellectual property of HRCOACHING and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Any outstanding fees or obligations must be settled upon termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.

10. Updates

HRCOACHING reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
